Among those 2 Danish citizen are being presented in The Court of Copenhagen today 11.00am, department 22-23 (The Annex). They are being indicted of the violation og the penal code section 119, subsection 1 and 134a. Furthermore 2 German citizen are currently being presented in court regarding the violation of the penal code section 119, subsection 1.

Moreover the following indictments and resolutions have been initiated:

Weapon act : 2 cases resolved with a warning and rejection – 1 German and 1 French citizen.

The law regarding illegal drugs: 1 sag resolved with a warning – 1 Italian citizen

Disorderly conduct: 11 cases resolved with a warning, among those 3 have been followed up with a rejection . The cases involves citizens from Spain, Great Britain, Belgium and Germany.

The penal code section 293: 1 caese regarding theft of another persons property - resolved with a warning– 1 British citizen

The penal code section 134b: 1 indictment has been drafted – 1 Danish citizen

The penal code section 119,3: 1 indictment has been drafted – 1 Danish citizen

Finally 10 foreign citizens have been indicted for disturbing the general peace and disorderly conduct. All resolved with a warning.
