Facts about Denmark
The area of Denmark covers 43,000 square kilometres. The capital, Copenhagen, is situated on Zealand.
Denmark has a 68 kilometre long frontier with Germany; in southern Jutland.The rest of the country is surrounded by water.
Denmark has 5.4 million inhabitants, about 1.8 million of whom live in the Copenhagen metropolitan area.

How to become a Police Officer
Everybody may apply to become a police officer.
It is the National Commissioner’s Office that employs police officials in the Danish police force. Basic police training starts at the Police College with a course lasting approximately nine months.
